Went to my local Walmart. It is in the middle of the walkway as special display. The big sign next to the box says $3.28. On my app the price is $3.28 when searching the product by name. Scanned the UPC code on the box, my app says bar code not found. Scanned at self-checkout, the price is $3.58. Cashier could not do anything. Walked out without buying it.
