Bought the 65" one during last black Friday and all HDMI ports are already broken/defected.

These have been sitting on the ocean on container ships for months and months and months during the supply chain cargo container issues we had for the last year and the salt in the air corrodes all of the cheap reactive metals that make up the HDMI Port connectors and most of the other connectors that are made out of sheet metals that corrode extremely fast with the high salt concentration in the air which they were exposed to for months and months and months on end. Most electronics that were sitting in cargo container ships on the ocean are ticking time bombs for the future and problems you will have due to corrosion of micro metal connections.

was planning waiting for a tcl or hisense deal on black friday. maybe i'll skip the wait and pull the trigger now.

last tcl was broken during family fight. so i don't want to buy expensive tv.

Lol my last 75in TCL broke cuz the backlights died after a couple years, your case sounds a much more exciting way to go out

anyone knows how big including the package it is? i wonder if it fits in my sedan trank, or i need a bigger car to pick it up. found one about 10 miles away.

How is the brightness on this? I've got a 55" TCL 5 series from 2018 that is just not bright enough and I've never really been happy with it. It's got a bright green dead pixel and some flickering issues on streaming content. Have the cheaper TVs got brighter and added more features over the last few years to be comparable to older TVs?

Because this has Roku built in, I'm definitely considering a TV I need. MIL has an element in the guest bedroom and the smart interface is miserable.
