Thought this was a good deal as I have not seen any 12th gen setups go on sale too often Price wise its okay but what makes it good is the Included Monitor if you don't already have one?.

This is a nearly identical build (without monitor) that would be $976 after 15% CB from a major CB site.
Also, B660 is not the bargain basement for Alder Lake. That would be the H610.
