Okay so I had to look up pilling. For anyone else that's unaware, it's when you get those little lint ball clumps (pills) on your clothes, usually on like a fleece sweater or something.

I can't say for these exact ones, but I do own soccer and other non basketball specific shorts and pants and mine have not had this issue.

Agreed. Washed it once on gentle, cold water and air dried and still started piling. Would not recommend

I buy the Reebok version and agree thats where pilling starts for me too and usually only there lol... In for 2 pairs of the Addidas basketball ones see how right the guys above are, if each pair lasts me 6ish months good enough for me. I got one of those little lint/pile vacuums/cutters/trimmers so whatever. I noticed in general a lot of athletic pants from multiple brands wear out at the crotch area so hardly any pair lasts me a year.

Last time I hopped on a similar deal they sent me pants that the pocket was sewn weird and unusable. They offered a return but couldn't replace… I ended up cutting a hole in the pocket and sew the hole shut, but now I can put my hand in the pocket. I now won't buy from adidas eBay as the quality control is not there.
