4K discs have no regions and the Blu-ray discs are region free in this set so everything will play fine here in the US. Also no digital copy in this set, same as the one selling here in the US. Title is written in Italian on the cover. Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises is also written in Italian on the cover.

Everything plays in English or whatever language your player is set to play by default.

English audio in this set is DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and the subtitles are Italian SDH, English SDH, French, German SDH, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Cantonese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Korean, Mandarin (Simplified), Mandarin (Traditional), Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish.

Completely region-free and playable in North America. The downside are no digital copies which usually come with the American versions.

I have the French version of this set and am extremely happy with it. I was able to get a small refund back when I contacted customer service about the digital copies. (The non-4k blu-ray discs worked without issue). This was a few years ago, so maybe that was then and not now.

I haven't seen any codes for the collections in the US, except Interstellar or
The Prestige if bought individually. Even the Batman ones don't come with codes in the US if bought individually. Unless something has changed.

All Warner Blu-ray discs are region free. I have the Italian set. But the problem is no matter the set I ordered they always arrive with damaged cases. I had to replace all cases.

They used to come with codes in the orginal first release, Warner Bros is the one that takes out the codes after the initial run. In some cases if you get an older one with a code only the first movie will redeem in the bundle and Warner Bros will not help you because it is an expired code.

Do any of these have Dolby Atmos encoding?

EDIT: No

From a review site:

Last but not least there's "Audio-Gate." I can't even begin to tell you how many have voiced complaints over these 4K releases containing no Atmos surround audio tracks. Even after explaining to them these movies were not finished in Atmos and Nolan wants you to experience them as they were originally designed and not artificially injected people still proclaim a double dip is coming. I don't know about that, but I do know that Nolan himself personally oversaw the remastering of the DTS-HD Master Audio tracks here in regards to The Dark Knight Trilogy. However, most folks say they sound only a smidge better than the original Blu-ray ones. Rumor has it they were upgraded from 16-bit to 24. What say you? Do these 4K releases sound better to you? "Sound" in down below. I really believe Dunkirk should have had an Atmos track. Nolan needs to get with the times, but I digress as these still sound great.

Note for those of you who have an LG UP970 and probably some of the other earlier 4K HDR players: some discs in this set make the player vibrate very loudly. If I remember correctly, it was Dunkirk and the Prestige. Inception, Interstellar were silent. Not sure about the Batmans as I've never watched those discs.

From a review site:
Nolan is famously not an Atmos guy, because iMax doesn't support it (Atmos is object based while iMax is channel based). Yes, Dunkirk seems like a nobrainer for Atmos, but all his recent movies are made for iMax and that's just not going to change.

As for the double-dip, I can see this most definitely happening if the rights to the films switch publishers, but that's probably about as likely as iMax supporting Atmos in the future.

Not only that but they have raised black levels too. I've personally experienced this with the Prestige and Interstellar but there are threads on the internets about a lot of his movies suffering from this on the HDR transfer. It can be sorta fixed with the brightness control but that will have other impacts you may not want. The Prestige took my nice JVC projector and made it look like a DLP for black levels. Pretty bad transfer IMO

I bought this box set last time it was available.
Read the reviews. So far at least two of the discs in the set freeze up to the point you have to restart the movie. Then you have to skip to just past the part it froze.
Very frustrating

You must have gotten bad discs. You should have contacted Amazon. They would have sent you replacements. I have the exact set. All the discs work fine.

Maybe a few years ago but it is well known now that euro has no digital and there's nothing advertising it. I'm sure some will try to ruin it but euro discs are usually a good deal for those who don't want the digital.
