6", 8" what's the difference? To me, it seems that 68 is way bigger than 17. You adding units of measure just confuses things. And why bring cups into it. Who needs 226 cups to store sports equipment? :-)

Anyone know if the 30 inch dimension is for the bottom or top (lid)? Looks like the lid and handled stick out a bit. I have a 59 inch cargo carrier for my car that I want to buy two of these for but not sure it'll fit both

I bought one but will return it. Just not big enough to hold/fit all my small fishing lure containers. I like the look though but I need it to be a little wider, longer .
