Yes, that is correct. Once the code is redeemed you can play it as if its a US version.

I must be doing something wrong. I'm getting wrong region. I'm using a VPN. Can you add step by step as if I was 5?

I was using PrivadoVPN. Didn't work. Got urban vpn for edge and it worked

Thanks! I have been contemplating buying this for my three kids. But wasn't ready to spend the $75 on three licenses. This was a mere 13 and I got three licenses. GAME ON!

p.s. I had to remember to turn off parental controls otherwise I couldn't redeem.

I have purchased 2 codes for the kiddos, but need some pointers here. Do I go to the microsoft redeem page and activate both codes (using VPN (Argentina)) using my account first, or the codes need to be activated using 2 separate microsoft accounts?

Wanted to make sure before I proceed.

I set up separate accounts for each kids. The only issues I had was allowing parental controls to play the game on a server (if you wish to do so). Other than that, everything works just fine.

Will using the argentinian codes and a vpn risk a ban from xbox or microsoft rewards or any of that? There's some resident evil games I've been looking at but don't want to risk it to save a few bucks
