I have tumblers of all sizes from otterbox. All the caps are super useful and none of them leaks, but the hydration cap includes a part that you can lift, if you drop the tumbler with that part hitting concrete, or if you put too much pressure, it will break a little. On the other side, the "closed lid" is perfect for coffee and water, but it is not designed to prevent leaks.

French press lid?!?! Interesting, I want to try it, but debating if this would be useful. Currently use a french press to make my coffee every day, but would I really need to bring along my coffee grounds? Getting toward the bottom those last few sips would be CCOOFFFEEE!!!

FYI - these are really thick/wide! I got a 28 oz hoping it would fit well in my car cup holder and it actually wound up being wider than a different 40oz vacuum sealed bottle I have. Granted, it's probably better at retaining temperature, but it's a bit weird to hold.

What the heck is a 10oz growler? I'm pretty sure you meant Tumbler there OP.

That said, I have a 16oz tumbler and it's my favorite for cold summer drinks so I guess I'll pull the trigger on a 20z even though the color isn't my favorite.

I got in on one with the hydration cap last time and I thought mine leaked too but realized I filled it up too high multiple times prior to putting the cap on. When using the drinking hole to fill or being mindful of how high I fill it, leaks don't happen. I only wish the drinking area was larger like a Yeti or Camelbak I have. The cup itself is just as good or better than those other brands.

When the hell did Otterbox decide that the word "growler" was suitable for a vessel carrying anything other than at least a gallon-or-so of beer?

My respect for their brand just diminished a little.
