Looked through the reviews myself, seems like you have to cross your fingers when getting it shipped and hope it doesn't get delivered damaged. But it seems like a solid design.

Not to contradict or pick a fight but this is what I've owned for years as well and is why I am looking for a new one. The lid falls off of the track so often its infuriating. Unless I'm doing something wrong or had a faulty one, I'd avoid this. Just my opinion though!

I was thinking about getting a couple, but a number of the reviews mention bad execution of the pedal, plastic parts, breaking inside a month and such. Nice price, not great engineering.

The one you posted worked well. Until my dog started chewing through the lid. I put a baby lock on it. Now he rips the lid off. He's about to go back into his crate when someone isn't around
