You need to insure this thing? Or do you mean you need insurance for it just incase it blows into someone's house and you need to pay for the damages it might cause?

If you need customer service for something like a pop-up canopy, you have other problems.

Well, in actuality, someone may need customer service for something of even less cost/value than this item... Sometimes items don't arrive, or the wrong thing is shipped, etc. So I can see where the member is coming from on that end. Hopefully won't have that problem, however!

Well, I could see where insurance could be considered if it were just a couple bucks though, so that if it *didn't* quite hold up over time, could be replaced with no extra cost besides those few dollars, therefore stretching out the value of the deal

I do see some of the negative reviews, you're correct. However, it gets about 4/5 stars overall, and again, that's purchases that were made likely with a higher price tag. It should work for at least the summer, which works for me. If looking for something much studier and better quality, I'd definitely recommend investing in something better and more expensive.

With that said, there are some genuinely good reviews mixed in there too, and not all of the photos are bad Dontknow
