I have a version of this from a few years ago. The grill works very well. It's perfect for 2-3 people. You can probably cook 9-12 burgers on one charcoal fill.

Grills have lids to retain heat, you might as well be cooking on an open fire if it doesn't have a lid

My experience with all these small cheap grills is they don't have any air vents underneath and they take forever to cook anything.
