Bed Bath and Beyond [bedbathandbeyond.com] has a membership program normally $29 a year that gives 20% off entire purchase every time, + free shipping (applies to (most items when I browsed the website).
This is different than the regular 20% off 1 item coupon that used to be common, since it can apply to each item you purchase.
Right now, you can get the Beyond + membership for free (offer expires 5/16/2022)
To get the deal, just go in store and ask for it. The store I went to just showed me a sign to scan a QR code to open the link to the offer.
While the link alone didn't work when I tried it later, scanning the QR code from the picture I took did. So you can try that as well with the screenshot attached.
With this deal, the free membership is considered a trial and is good through the end of the year -- 12/31/2022.
Alternatively, there's a free college student program called the College Savings Pass but it doesn't last as long.

To Cancel Auto-Renew:
1.) Go to "my account"
2.) Scroll down and look for "BEYOND+"; click the "Manage Membership" link on the right.
3.) Click the "click here to cancel" link (screenshot)
4.) Click the "Do not continue my membership" button.
5.) Success!
