They will hold up for a bit but a few years down the line they will begin to crack and degrade from UV exposure. This all depends on the elements too, freezing plays a factor too. An indoor rated ziptie in Florida is not going to last as long as one in Ohio for example.
They black ones I just picked up states these are UV rated. The description on line is incorrect. The white ones did not have this label though.

They were in a big bin, both black and white, in the middle of the aisle marked at regular price. Rang up at $4.99 at checkout. Pretty good deal for basic longer zip ties.

While not these particular zip ties, I've used indoor zip ties outdoors for up to 6 months with no issues.

The white are for indoor use only. Two bundles, one is 8inch and the other is 11inch.

The multiple colors with UV inhibitors are indoor/outdoor and also on clearance for same price.

Here's what you are looking for. Black is UV protected only.

Picture attached. Not sure if you can see it on mobile or not.

There may be other deals, but for the OP, the sales page says that is the sizes for the multicolored. You have two choices there; white or multicolored with different specs. I chased down the white by the manufacture.

I don't believe you can see via mobile app but you can see it their website using your mobile device.

Yeah the SD site sucks in that aspect. I found these last night and uploaded actual packaging to help the community out on what to look for and attached the pics to this thread. Only to find out that mobile users can't see them so I spent 30 minutes working for SlickDeals in the Lowes parking lot to try and get the images to appear in mobile. Oh well.
