Amber and brown tints reduce glare and block blue light. They brighten vision on cloudy days. And they increase contrast and visual acuity. They're especially useful against green and blue backgrounds, like grass and sky. I've never tried these glasses. I'm just pointing out what the color does. Should be great for cutting grass

I can't speak to this specific pair, but in general I've found tinted safety glasses like this to be the best sunglasses for running. If they're good they're designed to fit close to face, but not fog. They also usually don't slide off like some standard sunglasses. I've ordered a pair of these with hopes to use them for running, biking, and yard work.
