The bridge piece on the nose, hard plastic, is really small and after a while it starts digging into your nose and causes pain and headaches and leaves a mark. Granted, I have a big head, but these are more for a quick job like cutting a few boards or something. You'd want something more comfortable to wear all day.
Now I don't have to wear my Gorgio Armani sunglasses while cutting the grass!
"Meets ANSI Z87.1" as these Carhart and 'Certified ANSI Z87.1' are two different ratings.
While something is better than nothing (thumb up) and looking cool may be important, what are your eyes worth?
And if you already wear glasses, you will need something different.
not sure how a pair of sunglasses would obfuscate that anyway.

In various colors at $1.25 each, I think you are correct.... "ANSI Z87+ Certified" is a step above the OP "Meets ANSI Z87.1" .... If factual and depending on who certified, Certified should always better.
Sort from verified and most recent, around 4.5 out of 10,000 or so is not terrible and apples to apples, about the same as the OP with 1200 or so.
It says they are "UV (UVA and UVB radiation) protection," but a couple people out of 10,000 say they are not and you run with it as prominent? Me, I don't know for certain, but not putting much credibility in either being great.
Personally, for outside I want UV protection AND Polarized for the glare (not the same thing), but can live with either for outdoor projects like mowing/trimming. They scratch pretty quickly and basically throwaway products.
You cannot expect the best of the best in this price range. Well, you can, but you are going to be disappointed. If around more potential for high impact (grass clippings are not), something is better than nothing, but I would invest in a better product for purpose used.
