I've also heard from a lot of people they can take weeks or longer to ship. I didn't have that problem, it was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Some people say they had zero problems as well, so it seems to be hit or miss. I got the feeling they're selling factory seconds/damaged boxes that's why they discount them, but aren't advertising it as that, but maybe I'm wrong.
I guess if you don't care about the boxes, or needing customer service then the discount may be worth it.

I've seen a lot of complaints about them and some people say they've been fine, but I try to warn people just in case. I'd hate to see more people have to deal with getting a subpar item, and no recourse, when spending a decent amount of money.
Maybe they've read some feedback on here and stepped their game up some... but after how they treated me, I'm never going to buy from them again and try to spread the word. They could have easily offered a small discount, or to pay return shipping, and I'd have been happy... but if a company completely ignores emails after sending items they know are damaged, they deserve all the bad reviews they get. I'm sure they've lost more business from my bad reviews than they gained ripping me off.
