  1. Log in to the My Verizon App (Android or iOS)
  2. From the My Verizon App, tap on the Verizon Up icon on the lower right
  3. Find the section called "Special Offers"
  4. If the $5 Verizon Gift Card Giveaway Friday the 13th isn't visible in the "Special Offers" section, click "See more" to view more offers.
  5. Click "Claim" for the $5 Verzion Gift Card Offer
  6. Scroll Down page to find your gift card code and PIN.
    • To apply this gift card to your Verizon bill, follow the instructions listed on this claim page to add a split payment.
Note: This offer is valid for each line. If your Verizon Wireless plan has two lines, a $5 gift card can be claimed for each line.

I'm guessing most people dont bother to check their Verizon Up these days because it's been seemingly worthless, but happened to see that they have a surprise Friday the 13th $5 Verizon GC giveaway. Claim now before they're tapped out. Apply it to your monthly bill.

It's in the "Special Offers" row of the Verizon Up tab in the app. Click see more on the special offers if it's not one of the first ones to show on the front page of the tab.

Hope you all get one before they're gone. Forgot to mention you can claim the offer on each line as well.

None for me, no special offers tab either. Perhaps because I claimed last month? They also mentioned when I claimed my last $3 reward that they were ending them this month.

I cant recall if we created additional accounts as it wouldve been years ago. I just basically grab my wife's phone and open the app on her phone (sign in would be under her phone number) and then claim reward as I would on my phone. I believe the allotted single monthly reward they used to award you was limited to one per entire household account, but these bonus free rewards are typically available to every line on the account.
