Always check. I had one and they yanked the promo before the promotional period ended once, so do not take the promotion end date as written in stone.

But, I did get $10 off using a different promo (works on third party GCs with a minimum order of $10.01). Try using 22DISCOVER10 as promo code on the checkout page (you have to select Discover as your payment, but you do not need to apply any points).
I wonder if it's because I had a different card as my default payment right now. Maybe they want you to switch the default payment method to Discover if you have something different and it won't work if Discover is already the default?

Then I cancelled the week's trial of Prime and it said, I would lose this if I cancelled Prime.
