Amazon via Chase offers Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Cardholders: 5% Back for every $1 Spent on Travel & Gas Station Purchases + 3% Back for every $1 Spent at Grocery Stores for up to $1500 in Total Combined Purchases. You must fill out the short form that is linked and "activate" the offer; eligibility may vary.

It should. My Amex PCB it does not, as Amex is stingy, but my Chase Ink Business card it does, so Chase must be more liberal with it. I can only assume it'll work with their Amazon card, but all you can do it try it once, wait a bit and check how they credited in your account
