its definitely a good deal but its for someone who is new to the custom cooling hobby and has nothing to start with. That coupled with being in story only is probably why its still in stock.

I haven't build a pc in about a decade, could someone help point out what parts are missing to make a full build? Thanks

It's a great deal .
Rumors are that the 4000 series cards may drop next month. I'm inclined to believe it because it feels like people are trying to move 3000 series stock FAST.

I looked at these in store, they have a water cooling block and stuff that I honestly was just not interested in.

I also wanted Intel, but if you're wanting AMD and don't mind ditching the water cooling or actually want to use it, then it's a great deal

Slick deal. The card + waterblock is worth it alone. The 3080ti card is a beast and EVGA has the best customer support.

CPU, RAM, hard drive, and I have no idea what all comes with the pre built water cooling system. You would have to find out more about that case. You of course would also need an operating system and peripherals.

Just to confirm for the OP, it is a Lian Li 011 Dynamic case with pre installed water cooling system. Great case. I can't speak on the cooling system.

If people want to risk it and wait though 4070 has equal performance to 3080ti. So it depends if you can get your hands on a 40 series card when they come out.
