Great price, even without a coupon (I didn't get one)! This stuff is GREAT for keto, and it's significantly more costly at Kroger.

Thanks OP

Thanks for the read.
But... it means nothing really.

Sample size too small, no control group (didn't receive Gellan Gum).

Specific points:
"Transit time" increased in some, decreased in others. That's normal if you just tracked people normally. Increased and decreased by how much? A minute? A day? A week?

"Fecal bile acid increased in some" Again... can vary per-person normally. Also, is this a bad thing? Maybe it's the next miracle supplement that'll be pushed?

"Serum cholesterol concentrations decreased significantly " Seems like a good thing right?

and the "nail in the coffin" as it were:
"The data indicate that the ingestion of gellan gum at a high level for 23 days caused no adverse dietary or physiological effects in any of the volunteers. In particular, the enzymatic and other indicators of adverse toxicological effects remained unchanged."

So by your posting to this "Information" you disprove your concerns.

Have a nice day.
I have no interest in putting a fecale bulking agent into my body. Plus, I've tried both. Simply almond flat out tastes better. Gellan Gum is just an attempt at getting water (what almond milk really is) to be the consistency of milk, which is thicker. No thanks, you have a nice day too and keep drinking what makes you happy.

Good tip - I don't see the Simply non-dairy milks everywhere like I do their juices. But I'm going to keep an eye out. 3 ingredients sounds much better than what the brands I currently drink.
You're right! They're really hard to find. I have to stock up at Harris Teeter when I go. It's also significantly more expensive at 3.99 per 46 ounces. It's worth it for me though.

I usually get this at costco, but they've been out. I'm thankful Amazon has it at this price. 😁

Thanks, OP!
It won't ship before I have to travel; otherwise I would give it a shot.
Only a $1.50 savings, but every little bit counts.
Great reviews; someday I'll try it.

Only a $1.50 savings, but every little bit counts. Someone on the Amazon reviews stated it's cheaper at Costco. Never noticed it there, but also wasn't looking before now.

This is not at my Costco, and I look weekly.

This milkademia is my favorite commercial non-dairy milk replacement. I usually make my own with different nuts (walnut, cashew, coconut, almond, macadamia etc) but this is very easy and we use it a lot. It comes and goes from my costco - but $10 is either less than or just equal to what I bought it for at the costco near me the last time I bought it there this spring
