Stay away from this dumpster fire of a vendor. Their customer service is non-existent and about 50% of the time the printer arrives broken. Microcenter is selling Ender3 Pros for $100 Brand New.

I got the s1 last month. After 2 weeks they did not ship. Even though money was taken out of my account. They did not have eta. So I ended up cancelling the order.

Ignore the negative comments. Comgrow have excellent CS, are responsive, and happy to send replacement parts.

Mine came with a mild issue, which was easily fixed. Any missing or defective parts are quickly replaced. I'd happily get another if I had space.

BUYER BEWARE heard nothing good about this vendor, ever. (OK the one post above me)

Youi'd probably have better luck if you went to ali express and randomly picked one, at least you know support and returns will be non existent if it ever shipped!

FWIW I purchased a Ender 5 pro refurb from Comgrow for $200 a couple of weeks ago. It took about a week to arrive. I had it assembled and printing in about an hour. The printer was obviously used, but no major issues so far. It came with an extra magnetic build surface I assume because the original one was a bit dirty.

"Sign up" in this instance means entering an email address. If that's a problem, and I don't see why, then just use a burner email.

This is laughable. The vendor is out of China. No one seems to speak english. Any outreach for support takes a week to get a response and makes little to no sense.

Almost forgot, the printers don't even ship with the original paperwork. The instructions look like they're copies of copies of some random PDF.

Is there a decent vender for someone who does not have access to a microcenter? (me)
After some research I like the look of the V2 for my first 3D printer, and am willing to wait for a sale from a more reputable/local vendor.

It was clearly used. However, after tuning it prints great. I've churned out dozens of parts now with no issues.
The closest Microcenter is over an hour away so not really a good option.
Disappointing some have had issue.
It did take longer to ship than expected but I reached out to CS and got a response in 24 hours about Comgrow being closed. In the meantime they had shipped it.
Up to you if it's worth the risk...

Wasn't the case for me at all. Printer arrived fine but was missing the extruder knob. They responded promptly to my email and shipped the replacement quickly at no cost. The fan on the extruder died two months after I purchased and they replaced it within a week. Overall I've got no complaints.

Comgrow is one of the more common Ender sellers, and they've been around for a while, just like Sainsmart. News flash: customer support is (relatively) bad for all of them. You're buying these things straight from China. If you have a Microcenter near you, great! Buy one from them instead. But most of the country (and the world) does not.

Since this has a 1-year warranty, it looks like a decent deal to me. Quality control is not great for any Ender 3; this is a hobbyist's printer. You're expected to troubleshoot and fix it yourself if the bed is a bit warped, or if a screw is missing. And save the packaging, in case you need to return.

If that sounds scary to you, buy a Prusa printer instead. To put it bluntly, you get what you pay for.

I bought my ender 3 V2 on a sale like this one, working fantastic a year later. Recently purchased a cr-10s pro V2 from them as well. Always been happy with them

I love how many haters are on here. I'll say it clearly since I've bought 5 printers from them. YES sometimes the printers have MINOR issues. But they will send you parts for free. they SHIP FROM USA. They speak ENGLISH lol. They stand behind their products. Honesty I think the people that drop negative comments on here might be other vendors trying to trash their name or something. My 2 cents
