Useless trivia time. I was the bouncer at a Venice, CA bar. One of regular patrons was a super nice guy whom would regularly invite me to join in on a Wushu class he taught. He was super excited because he had completed being the computer animation model (where they put motion sensors all over the body) for an upcoming animated movie about the Chinese calendar or zodiac characters. After 6 months of requests from him I finally relented. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Great exercise with great people. After another year and a half he came in all smiles. "That movie I was telling you about comes out on Friday. Promise you'll go. I am the Panda. Actually I am a couple of the characters. See what you think." Sure enough I could tell within the first minute of action it was him. He also played the tiger and monkey. So many stylistic combinations that only he can do that way. It's like a fingerprint.
tl:dr? I am friends with the real life Kung Fu Panda, and yes he is every bit a badass. First name is Rickie.

It's $15 at Amazon and Best Buy for blu-ray and digital copy including the bonus material. For those of you that like a physical copy too.

EDIT: It looks like the bundle from Amazon and Best Buy don't have the Holiday Special

Great deal. Too bad I already own all three or I would get it. I'd like the bonus stuff.

Last time VUDU didn't include the featurettes. I'm glad I waited.

If I already have Kung Fu Panda 1 on Vudu, is there any way to get the remainder of this deal for less than $10?

Awesome! Did he just do the action sequences, or all the movement?

Pretty much all the action including the weapons. There are some not-so-actiony subtleties that are his, too, like the fist in the palm salute to opponent. He is a whiz with the bamboo staff and the long sword. He whirls that thing around so fast I am surprised he still has ten fingers (although he has broken most of them at some point in his training).

CSR is terrible these days. In the past I did claim an accidental purchase, and they refunded the money and removed it from my collection so I can buy it again at cheaper price. But that was 4 years ago.
