The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands (collectively, the "Territory") who are at least sixteen years of age at the time of participation

There is a limit of one Entry per person/valid email/mobile number via App or AMOE Page throughout the Promotion Period.

Sponsor will randomly draw the potential prize winner ("Potential Prize Winner") on or around May 27, 2022.

One "Grand Prize": The winner of a Grand Prize, subject to verification, will receive a prize consisting of a 5-night trip to Chicago, IL, for winner and one guest to attend the 2022 Lollapalooza® Music Festival (the "Festival"). Winner must travel on dates between Wednesday, July 27, 2022, and Monday,, August 1, 2022, to attend the Festival on July 28, 2022, through July 31, 2022 at Grant Park in Chicago, IL. Winner will receive two VIP Tickets to the 4-day event, round-trip air travel (economy-class), five nights' accommodations (one double occupancy room), and a check for $2,888.45 that winner can use for taxes, meals and/or travel expenses. The total ARV for the Prize is $9,631.43. A winner (or their parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) must claim the prize and return completed Prize Claim Documents within five business days of the date that such Prize Claim Documents are sent to Potential Prize Winner. Once verified as a winner the the Sponsor will contact the winner at the phone number and/or email address provided during the prize claim process to arrange the prize.
