Not a bad deal.

The 10th gen CPU is not a great performance value.

But overall its an OK gaming system for the price.

Ballpark $900 worth of parts. Example DIY build list :

It is a decent deal but I'd hold off here. Same specs with Ryzen 5600G Victus PC was $830 last week. I think HP will have some more good deals coming up. These are always cheap. when they go on sale they are an extremely good deal.

It gets hot af. I had this but with another gpu. It also comes with proprietary mobo/psu so if you are planing on using this on another case to alleviate the heat problem you are outta luck.

I guess that technically might work if you're not running an OS...Windows 11 goes for $140 your pcpartpicker total is 17% higher.

I can assure you the "erika" mb is nowhere as good as the AsRock you listed here. Neither is the crappy intel cpu or the sorry GPU HP ships with these prebuilts.

You'll regret not paying a tiny bit extra for an i7. Extra waiting for loading time every time you use it, vs a little extra money for better load speeds all the time. Check benchmarks

If you live near one, microcenter has a similar build but with 16GB and a larger SSD for $50 more.
