The only difference I see between the 2 links is the receiver. Neither show a subwoofer for me?

Most likely a in a bundle/sale due to the 2nd version of many of their speakers being released yesterday

They now have RP-8000F MK II and same with many other models

It's probably a bit much for the average first setup, but you would likely never need to upgrade (other than adding in subs)

Nice deal. Don't need a receiver. Maybe at some point there will be a deal without it.

As with any speaker, your ear is most important- not anyone else's. Although, you can get a general idea that might help you on the internet or on slickdeals. I have not heard Klipsch speakers but I've read on the internet that they have a distinct sound due to the horned tweeters and that this feature will either make it or break it for you. So if what I've said is correct my best advice would be to go to best buy and listen to some Klipsch speakers. They might not have the same ones but maybe you'll get an idea of what the high notes sound like. Otherwise even if there is free returns (idk) you'll have a time getting these into your house and setup let alone into the car to the ups/post office unless you pay for pickup.

Yamaha receivers tend to sound a bit better than their competitors at same price point. But in this case one can get the pioneer which allows for 5.1.4 which is the better atmos setup than just 5.1.2 that Yamaha. And its $100 cheaper too. So pioneer bundle may be better choice for that reason alone
