There was a Bruce , who used to buy the miles for cash some 6 years ago ...is that still a thing ? Are there buyers to whom we can sell the points

    If you got approved last week for 75k 4k spend, can you ask them to move to 100k 5k spend ?

    I have at least 6 but it might depend on what the cards are as well. I have at least 3 Chase cards, 2 Citi cards and one Wells Fargo which apparently is changing from AMEX to VISA soon. I don't remember if I've ever had a Cap One card before but not recently.

    I do have one Cap1 card which I rarely use. Maybe they think I don't deserve more credits from them.

    I wonder if I could just apply for the 100k card even though I've already been approved for the 75k card.

    This card does not have required benefits like accident insurance and car rental coverage
    I made a mistake and fell for this 80K points offer. This card is worth less, if you compare it to Chase Saphire card. Explore travel accident insurance - you need it when you fly. Explore car rental primary coverage. You need it when you rent a car.

    I mean, you don't actually need either of those things.

    They're nice to have of course.... but I've already got them from multiple other cards, so getting this one would just be for the value of the SUB.
