Didn't know there is a 100k/$5k spend option. Is that invitation only?
I have at least 6 but it might depend on what the cards are as well. I have at least 3 Chase cards, 2 Citi cards and one Wells Fargo which apparently is changing from AMEX to VISA soon. I don't remember if I've ever had a Cap One card before but not recently.
I do have one Cap1 card which I rarely use. Maybe they think I don't deserve more credits from them.

I wonder if I could just apply for the 100k card even though I've already been approved for the 75k card.
Edit: Actually it looks like the 100k offer is dead
