I have a lot of credit cards and not only got this one but also the Cap1 Spark Business card. Was an easy experience for me. Not sure why others have problems. I have 800+ credit rating and have had that for a long time. Maybe that makes a difference?

Dang, I didn't know there were two comp visits to C1 lounges. I could have used that in Feb when I flew thru Dallas. Afaict, the only other C1 lounges are Denver and Washington DC neither of which I expect to be in this year. Am I missing any others? I know I'll be going through Boston, Charleston, SC and New Orleans...
