Maybe you played it on Sega Saturn or the sequel on Xbox instead. This game never came to Dreamcast sadly.

Have this on Xbox. Definitely worth it for the nostalgia. I don't think I would be happy at full price, but at this discount I say go for it.

I've never played it before, does it play like a Starfox vaguely-on-rails shooter? Looks fun though.

Pretty much, the gimmick is you can rotate the camera 360 degrees to shoot behind you. It's a fun game, very atmospheric.
