The coupon code LEGEND22 can actually be used on many products (including other games), but relevant to AC Odyssey, including the Season Pass (additional storylines/content) for $6 if you already have the standard game.
If you don't already have the game, you can get the Gold Edition which includes the Season Pass for $15.
Am I misreading something? Why would someone use the coupon to buy the gold edition for $15 when you could just buy the base game and season pass in separate transactions and get it for $11? The coupon terms say one coupon per transaction, not one per user.
Well, I'll answer my own question. I just tested my theory and was able to successfully purchase the game and season pass in two separate transactions for $11.
Yes. It's a fantastic game. I still play it sometimes just for the feeling of wandering ancient Greece.
"Is it worth it?"
Such a simple yet complicated question.
AC Odyssey has around 100 hours of content, but the astute mind should ask, are those 100 hours of engaging content? Imo, no. I really liked the first 20 or so hours. Establishes the character and story. You get into the progression and have fun with new weapons/powers..but after that it becomes a boring grind.
I kept going because I'm a completionist and I wanted to see how it ended.
It's easily worth $5 but it's not worth 80 hours of your time.

Is this worth it for $5?
I bought this a few weeks ago but it was the Gold edition (season pass included) for ~$25. It's definitely worth it for $5. I really enjoy the season pass content. A word of caution is that these Ubisoft Assassins creed games run like pigs. I have a 3070 (laptop) and it has moments where the FPS drops. I ordered some more ram in hopes it alleviates the performance issues.
The coupon code can also be used to get the Season Pass for only $6 if you already have the standard game and want more. Previous coupon code sales like this excluded the Season Pass.

How's the season pass content compare to the base game? I played through everything for Origins, and while the DLC was ok, it didn't really feel like it did anything new vs the base game.

Absolutely imo. I haven't had this much fun playing an AC game since black flag.
Super fun game. Hours of content. I chose the female cause she's a badass and funny
