fwiw dollar tree has started carrying many of these items. Weeding tool, Scraper, and Spatula at least; maybe tweezers. Scissors I'd probably get elsewhere.

My dollar store had a ton of stuff last time I was in there. Even a big selection of vinyl. They had some tools as well.

yeah they have upped their crafting game. Rolls of felt, fabric, faux leather, vinyl, chalkboard sheets... The vinyl is 12x48" so it works out to about 30 cents per 12x12 sheet which is about as good as you'll find anywhere. The one complaint I've heard is to use a light stick mat as normal can be hard to peel.
