I'll jump in and say I also use Galaxy Buds Live while running and biking and still have good situational awareness. Best Buy is selling refurbs for like $50ish, and that feels like a better buy to me than these. If you want to hear the most just turn of their ANC in the Galaxy Wear app

AirPods 1 and 2 also block very little outside noise for iOS users.

They stay in well. The issue is you cant tell when they fall out of your ears.

The LinkBuds are NOT bone conduction - they have a ring shaped driver that allows environmental / ambient sounds to be heard, but they're still projecting sound into your ear canals.
The AfterShokz are so-called "bone conduction" style, utilizing transducers that vibrate on your temples.

In my opinion, the sound quality on the LinkBuds blows anything you hear on any Aftershokz.
I have these and Afteshockz Aeropex. These sound a little better AND because they are truly wireless, work better for when you want to wear sunglasses. The biggest drawback is they don't do multipoint bluetooth, which is kind of a joke in 2022. Before you buy these, understand that these are made for a specific use case, a lot like the Aftershockz.
Could you expand on specific use case? What exactly were you referring to?

How are these compared to Airpods gen 3?

Also, any warranty? The description kinda worries me as it may not be refurbished by the manufacturer.

Not the same use case at all. These prioritize ambient noise not sound quality. It's for bikers and people who have hard time hearing so they can listen to music and notice what's going on in the environment.

They are open-ear. The audio works by bone conduction so that your ears stay "open" so you can still hear ambient sounds in your environment. For instance if you are a jogger, bike rider, etc and don't want to be "cut off" from your environment and still hear your music. I mention that because the audio quality, mainly the bass isn't as good as many other buds, but that is the sacrifice you make for having an open ear design.

If I rotate them down, I get much better bass. I think they sound really good. I actually wear these inside a pair of over ear headphones so I can listen to 2 different sources at the same time.

I have these and absolutely love them. I really dislike the pressure sensation traditional in-ear buds create with that air tight seal in your ear, these feel like you are wearing nothing at all. It's great for office use as well, when you need to be mindful of coworkers who may need to get your attention, but still want to listen to music. As for sound quality, there are obviously small compromises but I have my over-ear WH-1000XM4 if I need peak quality, otherwise this is better for every-day use. I cannot use any other earbuds after trying these.

https://www.rtings.com/headphones...y-wireless

Airpods, these, etc are open-ear meaning they don't form a full seal between the outside air and inner ear air like in-ear buds or closed-over-ear headphones.

Airpods and other open ear designs still block direct passage of environmental
Sounds into the ear because some part (the plastic body) of the earbud is in the way. Sound must go around the open ear buds of other makes before entering the ears.

These Sony's have a fully open hole in the center, so environmental sounds enter without being blocked by any part of the bud.

So while closed ears are often illegal bicycling or driving in many cities, and open ears can attenuate the sound and you could still be cited and lose in court, these are fully open with no sound attenuation. No way for the courts to win even if mistakenly cited.
