When extended, if they are twisted at all (the black portion of the leg.) Then return it. Once any sort of load is placed upon then, the twisted leg portion will buckle, and boom. Down goes everything.
I've reached out to the company several times, and I never received a response.
The BORA has its own problems as well, but at least they respond to you (eventually).
I'm yet to find a good pair of manufactured saw horses that are collapsible. They all have some major flaw. The Toughbuilts also have some hardcore rusting issues since they just paint over they metals (they're supposedly powder coated, but it flakes off easily, and then rusts immediately.) So I highly recommend you lubricate them well. I use a dry lubricant so grease doesn't collect dirt/dust.
Good luck.

Nevermind. Cheaper as single purchase.
it's just so nice to be able to create a very nice work table, anywhere, out of a couple these sawhorses, two 2x4's, and some plywood or other similar sheet goods. The easy height adjustability, portability, compact storage, low cost, and decent weight capacity of these horses, just push them way over the top in the bang for the buck category, and as far as I'm concerned any self respecting DIY'er absolutely needs at least one pair of these.
What kind of market are you imagining for your used plastic saw horses?
