I have the C700 version of these, and they are all plagued with the same problems making them weak... the legs. The C700 wasn't as bad, but it took me several trips to different places to find a pair that wasn't defective.

When extended, if they are twisted at all (the black portion of the leg.) Then return it. Once any sort of load is placed upon then, the twisted leg portion will buckle, and boom. Down goes everything.

I've reached out to the company several times, and I never received a response.

The BORA has its own problems as well, but at least they respond to you (eventually).

I'm yet to find a good pair of manufactured saw horses that are collapsible. They all have some major flaw. The Toughbuilts also have some hardcore rusting issues since they just paint over they metals (they're supposedly powder coated, but it flakes off easily, and then rusts immediately.) So I highly recommend you lubricate them well. I use a dry lubricant so grease doesn't collect dirt/dust.

Good luck.

What kind of market are you imagining for your used plastic saw horses?

If you can go get them at Menards and do the rebate thing, their rebranded adjustable leg version is $38 AR: https://www.menards.com/main/tools/power-tool-accessories/tool-stands-saw-horses/masterforce-reg-adj... [menards.com]

These are great saw horses. I've had them for years and would highly recommend.

Can't decide if I want to sell my plastic horses for this. Don't use them too often, but these take up so much less space.

Do it! These are so much better than plastic horses.

I don't own this particular version of these sawhorses, but I do own some similar style Kobalt branded folding saw horses. And I absolutely love them.

it's just so nice to be able to create a very nice work table, anywhere, out of a couple these sawhorses, two 2x4's, and some plywood or other similar sheet goods. The easy height adjustability, portability, compact storage, low cost, and decent weight capacity of these horses, just push them way over the top in the bang for the buck category, and as far as I'm concerned any self respecting DIY'er absolutely needs at least one pair of these.

I was thinking about these, but then saw the ones with adjustable height legs. Now I can't decide.

I have a kobalt version of this and they're great. I would expect these to be just as good if not better, especially at this price. Good deal

Scratch that, the version I have has the adjustable legs and I definitely use that feature more often than not. Still a good deal, but I would prefer the adjustable leg version.
