I always question these discounts, it seems to be a way to grab some free money because they release it onto Amazon Prime or whatever other service they own like IMDB TV soon after.
A month it'll probably be on Prime, as for owning it? How many people rewatch something more than once or twice, even then it's usually years later.
Edit: It's on Starz, which has

The 2016 movie is a different continuity, and the studio is trying to forget it exists. I'm guessing it won't be part of any bundles. Whether that's a good thing is a matter of opinion, but it's like Adam West vs. Christian Bale. You're not likely to see them in the same set.

My opinion is I don't buy movies that I don't absolutely love and will go back to again and again.
I should watch this again, maybe I was in an off mood for it. My initial impression was that it felt bleak, and the cameos felt completely out of place, like cartoon characters,in contrast to the world they were in. I had somewhat higher expectations on this one. I'll give it another chance
