Anyone know if they haul away your old mattress at a time of delivery of the new one? Costco mentions a number to call regarding hauling an old mattress on their website, but I'm not sure how it works. Do we call that number and say, hey I have an old mattress that need to be hauled away, after placing an order online? Don't see an option for haul away at check out.

I got a Purple hybrid mattress, that thing is amazing. It's like a water bed but you don't slosh around, it's can't leak, and it's the QUIETEST mattress ever.

You're right, and it feels a little slimy. In the past I rated Costco a firm 10 but it's conducting business in this manner that pushes that rating needle 📉 down.

When I returned a Purple, I called a local non-profit. They came and picked it up for free (and crammed a king size into a Lexus crossover SUV), gave me a receipt that Purple considers "returned," and credited my card.

The non-profit sells the now barely used mattress online and donates the bulk of the sale to some kind of charity. It's a great way to go to support nonprofits and other charity's.

I think that's part of the genius. Make it easy to buy but a pita to return.

Yes. Still on sale. Every body is different but this is the best bed I've slept on in my lifetime. 30yo 5'10 177lbs. I got one of those foam in a box that screwed up my back in my second home so I got this again. Just search on Costco.
