Mods had to put a major damper on the fun. Otherwise, pretty much everybody here could have gotten the deal last week (had the mods not kept deleting the referral codes; which incidentally makes zero difference if they delete the post because people will keep asking and/or posting the referral codes).
To be honest Samsung was the one that did the bait and switch back on May 20 when the $100 bespoke community rewards (aka referral codes) stop working at all.

As a SD community, we should add our complaints to this Samsung Forum thread [samsung.com] about their bait and switch nullifying the stackable $100 Bespoke instant reward discount (aka bespoke $100 referral code) starting May 20 against their original promo T&Cs

Mine arrived today. XPO unboxed it balanced it and left absolutely no installation assistance. I asked about moving the door to the other hinge and they refused. So I decided to do it myself. After removing the left top and bottom hinges I was surprised to see that the pilot holes to install the right hinges were not made on the right bottom or the top. I broke out my Dremel and had to drill the holes myself, it wasn't too bad. Then come to find out that the pilot holes for the handle weren't made either. The Dremel came in clutch again! I may have to remove the door again to remove the 90 degree hinge stopper I would like the door to open a little wider. Pretty nice unit, hopefully there won't be any other quality control issues regarding operation.
Do you have any instructions on how to make the door open more than 90 degrees? I can't find anything anywhere

I haven't found anything official but if you remove the door and then remove the plate mounted on the bottom of the door then reinstall the rubber grommet. The door should swing 180+ degrees open.

Have tried it. It does not work. Cancel trick is only for non-appliance orders. For some reason, if it is an appliance order regular chat customer service cannot touch or issue a 10% to keep the item.

Getting a pre-sales chat agent to generate a 10% PANDA code to apply to your checkout cart if the best you can do

Just curious - how does cancel trick work when you have an actual item and it's not an appliance purchase? Is it web chat or web page? And how far do you have to take either one?

Got it delivered today. Came with a noticeable dent in the back, and the delivery drivers were 1.5 hours outside the estimated delivery window (i.e. they were supposed to deliver it between 1pm to 5pm, but showed up at 6:30pm). Pretty peeved.

Mine came thru XPO logistics- I saw my fridge being protected by cardboard and styrofoam and when they removed everything mine had no issues. I'm wondering if your dents were already incurred pre-unboxing

i bought 1 4 door full size fridge and 2 of these column fridges. all three showed up in perfect condition. new in box on the truck. no dents that I could see so far.

The delivery guys were pretty good from XPO.

XPO customer service, though... they can suck it. In my case, they showed up almost an hour earlier than the window and i wasn't expecting them, so missed the delivery. rescheduled for a week later, 1 day after the main fridge was supposed to show up. They wouldn't move them to the same day.... seems silly since XPO is an hour away from my home.

Maybe, but I don't think so. There was a hole in the box right where the dent was. Looked like it was about the size of a fist. Have no clue what would have dented the fridge like that...

But yeah like bp787 said, XPO can suck it. They called me at 6PM, and thought they acknowledged they were late they told me they were going to stop at the store first to pick up some drinks. I would have been fine with that if they had delivered the fridge within the 1pm to 5pm window, but to be an hour late and propose that is BS.

Not sure who to contact at Samsung, to try and get a partial refund, since I tried chat and they told me they only cover mobile devices and accessories.

I have spent over 9 hours with Samsung and learned the hard way that Home appliances post sale and order support is dealt with by a completely different department called "home appliances".

Interestingly enough Samsung appliance support are US based but have very rigid policies resulting in, super poor service quality. Worse still expect hold times to be over several hours as they have insanely long wait times both on phone and chat.

The home appliances support team aren't flexible/ customer centric like their Philippines based customer support that deals with only electronics and mobile phones that have way shorter wait time queues.

From my interactions with the home appliances team, they certainly won't give any monetary refund like Costco. The best they can offer you is schedule a return and a replacement.

I concurr. My order placed on May 23 with schedule delivery on May 26, yet to be delivered. I have already called three times and everytime they gave me runaround. So far no progress.
