Looks like a hit or miss since some above reported working for them and not for others.
You have to be billed through Hulu to get Disney+ or any other addons.

If you look at future pricing, starting Nov, it will jump to 9.98 a month for the hulu and disney
I had my Hulu subscription on pause. I had to reactivate it at $1 per month. I checked my future billing and it will stay $4 for Hulu + Disney until March 2023 when it goes up to $10 per month.
