OK I may be wrong. It seems Macy's has changed their policy and no longer accepts returns of "Last Act" merchandise. Absolutely ridiculous. No way I am taking a chance on purchasing closing online with no ability to return. What idiot at Macy's thought this was a good idea?!?
Its true. Comfirmed in store. Last act=final sale=no return
Does this include a situation where the item is damaged/not in new condition? Seems strange they can add that stipulation without seeing the actual item you're purchasing.
I'm assuming you just can't return it because it doesn't fit or you don't like it.

polyester. No spandex or elastane. Bummer.
Only the safety green color has all sizes available.
The other color only has XL+ sizes available, but good fortune for the guys who wear larger sizes.
