About this Knife:
The KA-BAR Wrench Knife features a 3" 425 high carbon stainless steel drop point blade with a stonewash finish. This full tang fixed blade has a wrench-style handle and a finger ring. It's 7.12" overall and weighs 3.2oz. Includes a black polymer sheath.
A wrench handle like this is simple yet very functional. It's made from metal so it's durable and the hole can be used to hang it, tie a lanyard to it, etc. Also, it's somewhat common for hobbyist knife makers to turn wrenches into knives. Maybe they are capitalizing on that trend.
For kids!

Did you try the benchmade hidden canyon? Price tag hurts but I am thinking about trying it out for pocket edc.
I didn't. I'm very budget minded with knives as they are very easy to loose, wear out, or to gain legs. In that same size range I am trying to figure out if I can carry the SOG Instinct Boot knife.
Sheath has very good retention. Belt clip has adjustable angles, but the clip won't hold to a pocket. It draws out still attached to the knife. Holds well to a belt though. May be good IWB but I don't feel as comfortable with an IWB knife as I do with an IWB .380. I've never cut myself holstering a handgun.
The scales are thin but have good grip for a three finger grip.
I don't really carry these things for self defense. I use them as work tools, and as I work for a school system, I try to keep them... subtle. Lots of wire/co-ax stripping and package opening.
It's not an actual wrench, it's a wrench style handle. Did any of you idiots actually look at the picture before commenting?
Literally no one thought it was an actual wrench, but commented on how the wrench-handle style is stupid. Did you bother to read the comments before sounding like an idiot?

First day here huh?
Well soon, out here in the fringes of the interwebs things get messy... People don't read good, they ain't right in the head, and we'll they just shoot their damn mouth off quick as a flash so they can feel like someone actually knows... Hell even CARES... that they're alive for even a second.
It is like they used to say on a place called Fark. Arguing things like this are like entering the for race in an insane asylum: win, lose... You're still in the nut house.
I think you'd best just keep a moseying along there pardner. Best decision you'll make all week.
But don't buy this damn thing it just encourages that madman Dr. Ian Itor.

I had just placed another order with them recently and didn't want to have to pad it to get this, but I dig the style of the knife. Free shipping makes the deal.
