Trailer Valet XL is on sale right now for $599.20, marked down from its usual price of $749.

This is essentially a dolly designed to help move your trailer around in tight spaces, where backing it in with a tow vehicle would be difficult or impossible. Good for flat surfaces, and highly recommend you watch their instructional videos on how to use it.

This version can handle up to 10,000 lb trailers with 1,000 lb tongue weight.

Reviews are mixed, but generally positive, though you need to take some of the negatives with a grain of salt. A lot of reviews are negative due to user error or people thinking it's going to allow them to walk their trailer up Pike's Peak. There's also negative reviews on the tires that "don't hold air" even though they use solid rubber tires now.

Available at Home Depot and it looks like etrailer.com has also price matched now.

I'm on the fence myself. In order to fit our new trailer into the parking space that's reserved for it, we literally have to ride both white lines. Not sure I have the skills to back it in that precisely.

Maybe.... If it had a decent handle, you could easier keep it upright before it walks under the hitch of a trailer that is stubborn to move. While bent over, there is a lot going on with one hand operating the brake, while the other is running the drill.

Unless you build yourself, everything that works is also more expensive.
