Best impact out there. Had mine for years and it is still a beast. I never use my air impacts anymore.

Do you have the friction ring, or pin dentent version?

You want the friction ring. The pin detent has less torque

I've got the 1/2 impact wrench and it's mind blowing how much torque it has. Never ran into anything this thing can't tighten or loosen.

Yep, sounds good, I've been looking for a few years, this is a good one I think/hope.

I don't need this but man, do I want this. And I've got work to do on the boat trailer on a set of rusty nuts (stop it) that probably won't budget without either this or a solid pneumatic gun.

Northern tool had it for $229 with free shipping. This is around the same price with shipping tacked on.

I have the 2763 version of this impact that I purchased right before the 2767 came out. Always felt a little regret. I'm left wondering if the few hundred extra "nut busting" ft lbs of the newer model really makes that much of a difference. I'm working on a lower strut bolt right now that the 2763 isn't budging; very curious if the extra torque on this model might crack it loose.

I'm sure the Dewalt's are nice, but they don't seem to have a third of the torque of these Milwaukee's. Am I missing something?
