For those interested in the Samsung Q60A Series it might be worth taking a look at this AU800D/8000 Series. Overall, Rtings rates them nearly identical... and the AU800D currently costs $200 less (65" size) most places. The Q60A Series gets brighter and has a WCG w/ better color volume... whereas, the AU8000 Series has better... motion handling, reflection handling, and gradient handling.

Does that mean it will do 120fps on PS5/XSX or not?

No, it wont do 120fps on PS5/XSX. To get 120fps you need 120hz native refresh rate. Motion rate is software interpolation (sometimes manufactures put dedicated hardware to achieve this) to insert black frame insertion to trick your eyes to smooth out the motion blur. You will see motion artifacts and weird soap opera effect with motion rate on
