Beware! This is a predatory company who scams customers! Please do not buy from them!
They lure you in with a free book.
Get your information.
Send you the free book...
Then send you a couple more books...
Then charge you for them and send you never ending bills.
Consistent harassment literally every 1-2 weeks requesting payment for the free item and other items they sent you without permission.
They force you into a subscription without your permission! (No, it was not in the fine print either!)
Then when you don't pay or respond, they threaten to send you to collections. Even in the CHILD'S NAME.
Check them out on bbb.org. Hundreds of complaints.
This happened to me but luckily I signed up under a bogus anonymous name (I do with all "free" things) so I never had to worry. I have never seen any company product so widely distributed and known, that gets away with a legit scam like Highlights. I guess no one has sued them yet, hmm...

Saw some at Costco in store. Couldn't remember how many books, but online is selling 10 book sets for $27. They have a few others to choose from too. Cheaper per book.

Maybe we should use a gift card to buy. Then they can't keep charging us 😉

Not exactly sure if these are apples to apple comparisons or if they are different kinds of books entirely.
My kid wanted it but I was like nope, and subscribed to Highlights magazine instead.
I own both the costco bundle and Amazon books, so the comparison is accurate. The only difference is the hidden pictures are 2022 version versus older versions at Costco. My family went the other direction and canceled our highlights subscription because my kids only liked the hidden pictures
