I bought this TV earlier for the $2250 price and I am 100% happy with the quality of images. I have a rather bright family room and this TV is just great in the room. Sure I wish I got it for the current $1960 price, but I'm done wheel'n and deal'n for a big screen TV.... I'm just enjoying it now. Thank you SlickDeal members for posting about this TV !

Buy Apple TV. Don't give Samsung tv internet. I actually connect my Samsung tv to my network but that's so I can control it with HomeKit. I block it from the internet through my firewall device. But you can simply never connect it to your internets.

Strange as I have both and I wouldn't say far better. They both have advantages. In a pure viewing experience environment sure the C1 is the clear winner but it isn't "far superior". What has been your experiences to make that statement?
