I bought this TV earlier for the $2250 price and I am 100% happy with the quality of images. I have a rather bright family room and this TV is just great in the room. Sure I wish I got it for the current $1960 price, but I'm done wheel'n and deal'n for a big screen TV.... I'm just enjoying it now. Thank you SlickDeal members for posting about this TV !

It's a stretch to call them clowns for saying that. You are brazenly extorting them, they knew it and played along. I mean do what you will to get a deal, but they are clowns to offer 10% back in the first place, not for telling you it can't stack.

thanks for posting this. i bought this w/a7 lite. this tv will replace my 2016 vizio m70d3. the vizio was a decent TV, but a few of the LED backlight strips have burnt out and i have big dark splotches on the screen

thinking to return the tv and re-buy… with my points and a recent promo they gave, coming to approx 1900 incl taxes (includes tab).
The old price total was $ 2500 without tab..

Such a hassle to pack..

I paid about 2200 for this a month or two ago and it's been amazing tv. I actually moved my 77" LG C1 to the bedroom.

This tv is so bright and hassle free. Also think interface and remote beats LG.

For those who returned a previous order, how did you schedule the FedEx pickup - online or via phone? And were you charged anything for it?

The FedEx website says residential pickups of freight packages (which this TV definitely is) costs $144.

I jut returned mine. just go into your order history online click return, they will offer you $100 to keep. proceed to return, you will be emailed packing slip and bill lading, print them out. call Fedex number in email, they are super nice, no waiting on phone, and they came next day to pick up freight liftgate. no fees as far as I can tell. whoever mentioned restocking fees is wrong. i sent it Tues and got confirmation today they received it. refund coming.

Interesting. You have the exact scenario I am debating on. What is it you like about the Sammy vs the C1 as far as picture quality? Do you fell the black levels are good enough? Do you watch TV during the day or night mostly?

Decided to return/rebuy..packed it up and ready for fedex pickup tomorrow.

Not bad.. with 3 ppl, took under 30 mins to unmount and pack it up.

Glad i kept the box !!
