In case you are wondering what the performance difference is between the RTX3060 and RX6600M: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2dvLxH6z_E

Really interesting results in both 1080p and 1440p gaming. Some of the timestamps:
9:31 6600M vs 3060 at 1080p - 18 Game Average
10:08 6600M vs 3060 at 1440p - 18 Game Average
10:40 Difference With FSR/DLSS

My advice is to get either 2. Or 3.
2 if you value a lighter laptop for commuting purposes..
3 if you don't plan on commuting much

I feel like option 3 is best overall and would last the longest due to the better airflow it may have over the slim laptop design of 2. But that's just my opinion.

slim 7 if you need the portability as it's lighter and thinner and better battery, otherwise this for sure

How is the thermal performance between slim 7 and the legion 5? I would assume it's worse with the slim 7

No. Why would the legion 5 non pro be worse

The legion 7 has a superior trackpad however

The screen on the L5 pro is fantastic. Incredibly sharp, bright, even, saturated (but not overly so). L5 pro is really a portable desktop. 5+ pounds, plus another pound or so for the brick and has paltry battery life without it.

Touchpad is so-so. It's a desktop replacement though, so you'll probably have a real mouse around anyway.

Speakers aren't great, but I've always got 'phones, buds or speakers so it could just have a beeper for all i care.

That said, i love mine. It does what i need it to do in spades. Just trying to help you make a decision.

Slim 7 for thermals and portability. And if you can score an open box one that isn't damaged or defective in any way, then it's a steal at another $150 or so off.
