Thank you for posting this. I've been waiting over a year for this to go on sale. I wanted this one specifically because its double wall insulated, unlike pretty much every other electric smoker around its msrp.
Edit: I went to look at the page again, this time on the app. There was a 5% off coupon. Reordered and cancelled the previous no problem.
I have this unit and love it. But I had to replace the heating element, connectors, and wiring. It's a pretty common issue. The connectors will burn up. And can perform some preventative maintenance though. Check out the FB group for details.
Honestly go for the masterbuilt 30" for 199 the side load for wood is well worth not opening the door to refill chips. This thing also just seems small.
The front window will be useless in 3 smokes and the reviews say there are QC issues. I've had my masterbuilt for years without issue.
Insulation is great but how does giant glass window work with that, If insulation was a goal a big window hurts you. Placement of grease tray looks like it would be tricky to empty no air damper adjustment, internal smoke chip tray with no external access and all the QC problems Amazon reviews mentioned.
Basically besides the electronic buttons this thing has no adjustment of air or wood chips.
Soo if it works, awesome Set It and Forget It.... but if you need more/less air or additional chips then you are going to have a bad time.

You're going to want a stand for this, but I've seen people wall mount it as well.
An upright like this can be left alone for 10+ hours with the right chips.
The tabletop unit in the other post requires a more hands on approach.
