It doesn't appear to be. I checked Amazon reviews to be sure and if you look at the pics on the website, it shows them without RGB.

Needed a 240mm AIO replacement for an iBP AIO that was failing. This works. Thanks for the help. Also, as others have said, these fans are not RGB. If you want RGB fans you need the H100i Elite Capellix, which is not eligible for the COOL50 coupon.

The pump head has 16 Individually addressable RGB LEDs. It is very confusing and all pics on corsair shows RGB pump head and "white" glowing fans. I'm assuming they are NOT RGB as the Elite shows RGB fans in all the pics. With that, I have 2 corsair RGB fans in my case where i'm putting this unit and will just use those fans.

Couple of months ago found out the hard way the fans are NOT RGB which I think is somewhat misleading that Corsair leads you to think they would be
